How should I wash my silk items?

Hand-wash or machine-wash on a delicate cycle using cold water and a gentle detergent.

How often should I wash my silk items?

Every 1–2 weeks is ideal to keep them clean and maintain their softness and shine.

Can I use the dryer?

We don’t recommend it. Air-drying keeps your silk smooth and long-lasting.

How do I care for the heated eye mask?

The silk cover can be gently washed. The heating core should never be submerged in water.

Can heat affect the silk?

No the mask’s heat settings are designed to stay within a safe range for both your skin and the fabric.

Is washing at 30°C enough?

Yes. Silk prefers cool water to protect the fibers and color.
